This semester has flown by! I can't believe how quickly time goes when you're in the same place from 8-3 every day. One of the things I love most about teaching high school is that every day is different and fast-paced.
That being said, I haven't had as much time for cooking and quilting lately, but hopefully I'll be able to make up for lost time this summer. I've been following blogs (like Lindsay's!) and finding lots of recipes that I want to try. I also love searching foodnetwork.com and bhg.com/recipes for yummy things to try. But for a night at home, I always end up going back to my America's Test Kitchen Cooking For Two cookbook, I can't wait until the 2010 edition comes out!
